Use this form for microwave, rice cooker, shaver, trimmer, air conditioner, vacuum, washer or dryer programs. Add the destination market and any certification requirement so the reply can include a realistic sample plan.
A useful appliance RFQ should be more than a product name and target price. For cooking appliances, include wattage, cavity size, control panel language, plug type, target retail channel and any child-lock or inverter requirements. For personal care appliances, include battery chemistry, charging interface, waterproof rating, blade or foil expectation, motor noise target and accessory pack. For small kitchen appliances, include food-contact material requirements, jar or basket capacity, heating plate details and packaging language. For climate, cleaning or laundry products, include noise, energy label, refrigerant, motor and installation assumptions so the engineering team can screen risk before quoting.
Panasonic reviews each inquiry through a controlled sourcing route. The first reply normally clarifies feasibility, sample timing, certification path, likely MOQ and any missing information that could affect cost or lead time. This prevents premature pricing from hiding tooling risk, label changes or packaging problems. If your program is confidential, describe the category and destination market first; detailed drawings, target brand assets and retailer compliance files can be shared after the NDA step. The goal is to turn the first message into a practical engineering conversation rather than a vague sales exchange.
